Your Role:

You’ll oversee the entire kindergarten wing—guiding curriculum planning, mentoring staff, managing daily operations, engaging with parents, and driving strategic growth in early childhood education.

Your Qualifications:

* Montessori or in related field, with 5 years previous experience.(preferred)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

* Organised, creative, and child-centric mindset

* Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and curriculum frameworks
