Kinaxis Supply Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to support end-to-end supply chain planning processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, optimize, and support planning solutions that drive efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Supply Planning, Demand-Supply balancing, Inventory Planning, and Capacity Planning using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, including workbook design, authoring, data modeling, and scenario management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable RapidResponse solutions.
• Develop and enhance Planning Worksheets, Scorecards, Dashboards, and What-if scenarios.
• Perform data integration, validation, and troubleshooting across ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others).
• Support S&OP and IBP cycles through Kinaxis workflows and analytics.
• Perform root cause analysis for planning issues and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and documentation of planning processes.
• Work with global stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to configure Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, including workbook authoring and scenario management.
• Experience in data integration and troubleshooting across ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train users and support testing and documentation.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
