The Supply Chain Planning Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end planning, demandsupply balancing, and inventory optimization using Kinaxis Rapid Response. The role involves working across business functions to ensure seamless supply chain execution, enhanced visibility, and data-driven decision-making to support business continuity and operational excellence.
Execute short-term and long-term demandsupply planning using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Monitor inventory health, safety stock, and lead times to maintain optimal service levels.
Support forecasting for all vehicle/product lines for 1518 months horizon.
Drive root cause analysis for supply-demand mismatches and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate weekly forecast and performance review meetings with cross-functional teams.
Create and manage Rapid Response workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and automation chains to support proactive decision-making.
Perform what-if scenario simulations to assess supply and capacity constraints.
Implement process improvements to reduce manual work and turnaround time.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance planning accuracy and data transparency.
Lead data load management, including data source mapping, full/partial file updates, and integration with enterprise systems.
Administer Kinaxis environments — manage access controls, user onboarding, and resource migrations.
Monitor system performance, conduct change management reviews, and support capability testing.
Ensure alignment between IT, operations, and planning teams for data accuracy and system enhancements.
Act as the key liaison between business users, planners, and IT teams for Kinaxis-related initiatives.
Drive change adoption and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Contribute to process governance, performance metrics reporting, and continuous improvement programs.
Kinaxis Rapid Response: Authoring, Administration, Data Load, Dashboards, Alerts, Automation Chains.
Strong understanding of inventory management, demand-supply balancing, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, business analysis, and change management.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to data accuracy and business impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and geographies.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or Rapid Response support.
Experience working in global organizations (automotive, manufacturing, or e-commerce).
