Job Description

As a customer support executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support for our international clients. This role requires handling tasks independently and leveraging your experience to contribute to customer satisfaction and success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle basic customer queries related to customer resolution.
  • Work in rotational shifts.
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an international BPO preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
