We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultants to our Dealership at Shimoga(Sagara, Thirthahalli), , Kadur), Davangere, Chikmagalur(Kadur) & Chitradurga(Chennagiri ). The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the Automobile industry with expertise in Sales strategy, retailing of ICE & EV engine Cars.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities of Kia Experience Consultant.

· Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing information about vehicles.

· Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of car features, specifications, and pricing.

· Sales Process Management:

Guiding customers through the sales process, including test drives and financing options.

· Relationship Building:

Maintaining customer relationships and following up on leads.

· Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the dealership's overall sales goals.

· Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining customer records, preparing sales documentation, and updating sales information.

Required Skills:

· Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, both in person and over the phone.

· Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with customers and creating a positive sales experience.

· Sales Skills: Negotiating, closing deals, and managing the sales process.

· Product Knowledge: Understanding vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
