KG Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher with strong Montessori training to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will nurture young learners in a joyful, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports their overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on Montessori and CBSE early childhood frameworks.
• Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
• Design and organize learning materials and activities that encourage hands-on exploration and discovery.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and development progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of children.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with Montessori Training (mandatory) or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Montessori/Kindergarten setup preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning principles.
• Creative teaching methods to engage young learners.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
