KG -Coordinator

The Kindergarten Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of the KG curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate pedagogy, and maintaining a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The coordinator will mentor KG teachers, manage daily academic activities, communicate with parents, and ensure smooth functioning of the KG section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership:
• Develop and implement a child-centric KG curriculum aligned with school philosophy.
• Monitor teaching methodologies and suggest improvements.
• Conduct regular lesson plan reviews and classroom observations.
• Teacher Management:
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to KG teachers and assistants.
• Schedule and lead regular team meetings for the KG section.
• Ensure teachers follow best practices in early childhood education.
• Student Development:
• Ensure a safe, happy, and inclusive learning environment.
• Track student progress and ensure timely assessments and developmental records.
• Identify and address learning or behavioral issues in consultation with parents and specialists.
• Parent Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress.
• Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings and orientation sessions.
• Administration:
• Coordinate daily operations of the KG wing including time-table, events, and logistics.
• Collaborate with admin team for resource planning and procurement.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports as per school policy.
• Events & Activities:
• Plan and supervise KG events like annual day, sports day, theme-based activities, and celebrations.
• Encourage creativity and participation among students and teachers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or as a senior KG teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
• Familiar with innovative and play-based learning approaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
