We are seeking a passionate and experienced KG Coordinator who can lead and inspire our kindergarten team while ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all KG classes and activities. Guide and support KG teachers in curriculum planning and classroom management. Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate teaching methodologies and CBSE-aligned curriculum. Monitor student progress and development; implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Organize parent interactions, orientation programs, and other kindergarten-related events. Maintain a joyful, safe, and inclusive learning environment for young learners. Facilitate regular training and mentoring sessions for the KG team. Collaborate with school leadership to uphold institutional goals and academic excellence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/coordinator role. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with young children and supporting teacher development. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and best practices in early education. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
