Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with advertisers under the Google Kickstart Program. Guide clients on ad optimization strategies including keyword selection, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring. Manage performance marketing campaigns and deliver insights for improvement. Assist with troubleshooting account and billing issues. Provide consultation on improving return on ad spend (ROAS). Maintain high-quality standards in every customer interaction. Preferred candidate profile 1+ years of experience in Google Ads account management, digital marketing, or a related voice process. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Must be comfortable working in a voice-based profile. Available to work in a regular day shift (9 AM 6 PM). Both side cab facility provided. Immediate joiners preferred.
