Job Purpose: To drive sales growth, manage key relationships, and improve profitability across major Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, etc. Key Responsibilities: Lead the primary and secondary sales targets across Q-commerce platforms. Manage inventory planning, pricing, discounting, and gross margin optimization for Q-commerce accounts. Build and nurture strategic relationships with Q-commerce category managers and buyers. Plan, negotiate, and launch new products/categories to grow market share on Q-commerce platforms. Coordinate with supply chain and finance for seamless operations and commercial hygiene. Monitor business performance metrics like sell-through, fill rates, returns, and customer ratings, and report regularly. Execute promotional campaigns in alignment with Q-commerce partners to maximize visibility and sales. Ensure timely reconciliations and collections in coordination with finance. Competencies & Skills Required: Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial acumen, business foresight, and growth orientation. D2C Expertise: In-depth understanding of D2C ecosystem, customer behavior, and digital journeys. Technical Know-how: Experience in product launches, UI/UX optimization, funnel tracking. Communication & Negotiation: Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Analytical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel, performance dashboards, and reporting. Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Shopify, analytics tools, CMS platforms models.
