Key Accounts Manager Beauty and Cosmetics

As the person responsible for ensuring our platform onboards the best-suited beauty and personal care brands, you will play a crucial role in being the main point of contact for new suppliers/brands. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding them meticulously through our systems and requirements, spearheading onboarding procedures, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in negotiating, making deals with brands and suppliers, and deciding the SKUs that should be listed on the platform. In this role, you will also need to coordinate and communicate with other verticals like logistics and marketing as and when needed. The ideal candidate for this position should have a mix of industry connections, strategic thinking, communication skills, and operational diligence. One of the key requirements for this role is having an established network and sourcing channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty category. It is essential that you possess existing personal relationships with cosmetic suppliers and brands to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
