Key Accounts Manager Beauty and Cosmetics

As the person responsible for ensuring our platform onboards the best-suited beauty and personal care brands, you will be the main point of contact for new suppliers/brands. Your role will involve guiding them meticulously through our systems and requirements, spearheading onboarding procedures, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement. You will negotiate, make deals with brands and suppliers, and decide the SKUs that should be listed on the platform. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate with other verticals like logistics and marketing as and when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain industry connections and sourcing channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty category - Possess existing personal relationships with cosmetic brands and suppliers - Guide new suppliers/brands through onboarding processes - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes - Negotiate deals and decide the SKUs to be listed on the platform - Coordinate with other verticals such as logistics and marketing Qualifications Required: - Established network and sourcing channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty category - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills - Operational diligence - Prior experience in negotiating deals with suppliers/brands is preferred Please note that the job type for this role is Full-time.
