Job Description

Role & responsibilities Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Daily visits to clients, architects and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company norms. Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software. Making product presentations to clients. Understanding the products, drawings & technical Specifications required. Participate in mock ups. Providing timely quotations, catalogues, and samples to the concerned clients. Participate in price negotiations, get the order (PO) and advance. Coordinating with the supply chain team for deliveries. Responsible for timely collections as per company payment terms. Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients. Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring. Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & attending to other important client related matters. Preferably should have experience of about 3 years selling office chairs and modular furniture to private projects. Preferably Should have knowledge of Furniture Projects. Age around 30-35 years. Qualifications and Education Requirements Should be a Graduate / MBA from a reputed college or University. BE + MBA is preferred. Preferred Skills Should have achieved a Sales Target of 4 - 5 crore in a year A self-motivated and self- directed person Should have a sense of Business Intelligence Should be able to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Collaboration Skills Negotiation & Persuasion skill Good Presentation skills & a pleasant personality Speaking English level 4/5
