Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for merchant onboarding, merchant acquisition, and field sales. Your main objectives will include driving growth in distribution and market share within your assigned area of operations. You will be tasked with ensuring visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR codes and Sound boxes, as well as promoting and selling the product. A key part of your role will involve identifying and recruiting a sales team that will help drive business in the market. You will also be expected to plan the market size, span, and geographies for Team Leaders (TLs) and Field Sales Executives (FSEs). It will be crucial for you to devise effective methods for communicating plans and targets to the team in order to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality parameters set by management and conducting audits on the acquisitions and sales completed by your team. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with set standards will be essential in this role.,
