Key Account Manager- Modern Trade (Mumbai)

You will be responsible for strategizing Nua's growth across select National Modern Trade Chains. Your contribution will be crucial in planning and executing strategies as Nua is a new entrant in this channel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability sustainably, aligning with the Business Plan by leveraging strong relationships with respective account Points of Contact (POCs). - Focus on entering National Modern Trade Chains with sustainable margins and within limited budgets. - Establish a strong culture of Tertiary Sales by effectively utilizing marketing assets such as in-store promotions and coordinating with regional sales teams to enhance promoter performance and merchandising standards. - Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen local connections with Regional Single Points of Contacts (SPOCs) for the National Modern Trade Chains. - Manage business Profit and Loss (P&L) and revenue generation, oversee the launch, development, and growth of the business. - Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure fill rates and collections. - Analyze market trends and competitors" activities to formulate strategies aligned with business expansion plans. - Develop marketing campaigns and evaluate their success monthly, ensuring effective utilization of promotion tools. - Provide regular reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) as per the company's requirements.
