Description
As a Business Development Associate at EbizON, your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to drive new business and renew existing business with SMC-Corporate clients. You will play a crucial role in contributing to top-line revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients globally, qualifying and nurturing leads, converting leads into opportunities, and collaborating with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with prospective clients across the world - Lead qualification and nurturing - Convert assigned leads into opportunities by running applicable cadence steps - Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach - Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet sales targets - Analyze market and establish competitive advantages - Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures - Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle - Ensure smooth flow of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in sales - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership - Ability to work within a team to achieve goals - Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity About EbizON: EbizON specializes in building technology products and helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
