This is a full-time on-site Key Account Manager - Fashion (eCommerce) role located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include business planning, analyzing account performance, developing strategies to drive sales, managing client communications, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
