Key Account Manager - Derma Prime - Ahmedabad

As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the assigned sales targets on both Area and TBM level. Supporting and guiding your team members to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets will be crucial. You will be expected to ensure the achievement of brand and product-specific goals and execute various activities and programs in line with the division's strategy. A key aspect of your role will involve developing and mentoring your team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for higher responsibilities. It will also be essential to maintain adequate stock availability of all products with the stockists in your assigned area and drive the team towards achieving both primary and secondary targets set by the division. You will be responsible for monitoring the sales progression on a monthly basis, both in terms of brand performance and overall sales value. Providing guidance to TBMs on critical aspects such as doctor conversion and engagement will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, analyzing stockist statements to forecast sales accurately and guiding the team in this regard will be crucial for success. Preparing a comprehensive sales plan for each month, identifying potential barriers, and exploring opportunities to overcome any deficits in target achievement will be a regular exercise. Monitoring the team's performance, identifying gaps, and working towards bridging these gaps with the help of the respective divisions will be essential. Developing TBMs" field effectiveness and ensuring the correct mix of doctors and distributors are engaged will be instrumental in driving business growth. Your role will also involve simplifying the business strategy into tactical activities and ensuring that the team executes these activities effectively. By monitoring the team's effort parameters, executing strategies efficiently, and optimizing the engagement with doctors and distributors, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the sales team.,
