The role of a Key Accounts Manager - Channel Partner, would involve meeting Channel Partners (CP) daily and getting Referral Customers from Channel Partner. Account management in the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them.
• Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
• Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike. • Two-wheeler with a valid license.
• Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
• Highly motivated individual who is target-driven.
• Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability
