The ideal candidate will be responsible for weighing trucks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination with drivers and site supervisors. Key Responsibilities: Operate the weighbridge (kanta) and accurately weigh all incoming and outgoing trucks. Maintain daily logs and weight records. Verify driver documents and coordinate load dispatch. Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed. Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Requirements: Prior experience as a Kanta Operator or in a similar role (preferred). Basic computer knowledge or ability to record data manually. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts if needed. Physically fit and willing to work on-site in a stone crushing environment. Preferred candidate profile
