Experience : Fresher - 1 year
Salary : 16K to 19K Candidate must have good communication in English and Kannada.
Shift : Day shift and Rotational Weekoff
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
2) Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or other purposes.
3) Process customer requests and update records accordingly.
4) Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
