Job Description

As a Kannada Voice Process candidate at our company located in Koramangala, Bangalore, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally. Your primary task will be to answer a high volume of incoming calls promptly, maintaining a courteous and welcoming tone throughout each interaction. It is crucial to listen actively to customers" concerns, identify the root cause of their issues, and provide immediate solutions or guidance in real-time. Your communication skills in English and Kannada will play a vital role in this role, as you must communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure that customers feel heard and understood. It is essential to avoid jargon and use simple language to explain solutions effectively. Additionally, providing customers with accurate, up-to-date information on products, services, policies, or processes is a key part of the job. You will be required to quickly retrieve necessary details using CRM or other support tools. Recognizing when an issue requires escalation is also part of your responsibilities. If needed, you should promptly transfer the call to a senior team member or a specialized department while keeping the customer informed. Documenting each call's details in the CRM system for seamless tracking and future reference is essential for efficient call logging. In case an issue requires additional time or follow-up, you must inform the customer and provide a realistic timeframe. Scheduling callbacks as necessary to ensure complete resolution is part of the service quality you should aim for. Adhering to call scripts and protocols, maintaining call quality standards, and proactively educating customers on self-service options are integral to the role. Efficiently managing the call queue, focusing on calls even during peak times, and adhering to company standards for call handling are crucial aspects of this job. If applicable, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services that align with the company's policy for inbound support is also part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and fluency in Kannada is required for this role.
