Job Description

Objective: Individual Contribution (IC) role with the responsibility of generating sales revenue for the various product categories of the organization through different platforms for Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop & implement a Sales plan/ strategy (E&Q Com/ Modern Trade/ Channel Sales/ HORECA) 2. Identifying and empaneling clients with prior evaluation and verification process 3. Manage client-relationship to promote and increase up-sales/ re-orders 4. Supporting the client’s channel and reach out programs for pushing the product to end user 5. Operations & Data analysis report a. Weekly sales review and reporting b. Market survey and feedback c. SWAT reports of clients 6. Managing team for if selected for Manager position Desired Candidates: 1. 4 to 8 years of Sales experience in either of – E&Q Com, or Modern Trade or Channel Sales or HORECA, Combinations will have higher preference; 2.
