Kalyan is good for people. Because they are seeing to customer more models in one item but slightly expensive compare with others. Others doing low cost but not seeing more models compare with Kalyan that is my experience.thank u.

The staff are bit lazy and rude.they don't know how to reach a customer in a polite way. And billing takes too much time.to get one envelope for bill,to give us our item in a bag they took even more time..which I don't think is a good shopping experience.I hope they don't do this with other customers

Not satisfied with their service . No one even asked about a glass of water . I visited with my parents who are above 70 years . Pathetic to say no one offered a chair at least . All salesmen were busy with other customers. I understand the situation but there must be a proper welcome

More cost for making charges compared to other jwelleries. As of 17th Oct, they are charging 23% and can come down until 21% They are ready to leave the customer but cannot bargain beyond 21%
