Worst service. I ordered ring they said 30 days to get ready. Still not received. Now it’s been 43 days. Please don’t order in Kalyan jewellers. Staff also irresponsible. Especially Staff Rajesh. He talks too much.

I am surprised about the billing staff who were unprofessional and reluctant. Being a reputed store they don't know how to present with customers. Very sad to say this. I recommend not to go to the showroom. They don't have time for the customers .

Sales team are friendly and have the patience to show all the collections which a buyer needs. Only negative is no one had bothered to ask the client what they want as soon as someone enter ‘s the showroom. I had to wait for 15-20 min for someone to attend even other buyer’s too. Later I was being assisted.
