Over all collection is good... It's a big showroom... Items are available at all price points... Only challenge is staff... They need to train the staff for better customer managing skills... Customers need to be made feel like welcome in the store.. That is missing here..

Please note diamond prices doesn't raise same as gold and inspite of having guarantee card you will not get 100 percent cash as on date price at time of selling only 90 % cash you will receive or need to buy different diamond ornaments …

Collection is good. Salesperson Somasekhar was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Only reason for 3* is their billing process. It took 45 mins for selection and 90+ mins for just getting it billed. Note: we had 2 scheme redemptions and 1 earring exchange but that is still not an acceptable time.
