3rd class service.. they make the customer stand to receive the parcel for hours even after calling and confirming that they have the parcel.. they can deliver it at least when they confirm that they have the parcel.. still they like that people keep standing for hours begging them for parcel

Totally third class service no body pick call and not getting answer I have booked my parcel indore to Ahmedabad but not received on time many time I had called indore and ahmedabad branch but not getting proper answer first noone pick up call very third class service

Very bad experience, they are making fool to the customer. My urgent parcel was dispatched in 48 hrs instead of 12 hrs commitment.

Third grade service. They gave us wrong bilty no. And provided no help for 4 days. We had to do all the looking with no help from their staff. The manager Pankaj kept misguiding us for days. Will never use their services in the future and would advise others to avoid them too.
