K2 Developer

You are a skilled K2 Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in developing workflow solutions using the K2 platform (K2 Five / K2 BlackPearl). Your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and supporting K2 applications while integrating them with other enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, and custom service brokers. Collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts to gather and analyze workflow requirements is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will need to integrate K2 with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party systems. Providing support for existing K2 solutions, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning are part of your daily tasks. You will also participate in solution architecture and design discussions, maintaining documentation for all K2 solutions, workflows, and integration components. Upgrading and migrating workflows from K2 BlackPearl to K2 Five will be required as needed, along with close collaboration with QA, DevOps, and other development teams for deployment and maintenance. Your technical skills should include strong hands-on experience with K2 Five / K2 BlackPearl, proficiency in K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, SmartStarters, and custom controls. A solid understanding of workflow design and process automation, along with experience in .NET (C#), SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript/jQuery is necessary. Good experience with SharePoint integration (on-premise or online) and an understanding of Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) and process design best practices are also required. Preferred skills for this role include experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), knowledge of Azure Services, and cloud-based deployments, as well as familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and documentation abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proactiveness, attention to detail, and organizational skills are highly valued in this role.,
