Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of .NET developers throughout the development lifecycle. - Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy web and desktop applications based on .NET. - Delegate tasks, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews. - Guarantee the on-time and high-quality delivery of software projects. - Work hand in hand with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. - Contribute towards process enhancements and team development. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. - Demonstrated expertise in ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Web API, SQL Server, and JavaScript/jQuery. - Profound understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. - Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or TFS. - Sound knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
