About the Role:

We are currently hiring for the position of Junior/Senior Fragrance Evaluator to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of experience in the perfumery, Pharma or Fragrance Industry. industry, with proven expertise in fragrance evaluation, formulation, and GC-MS analysis. This role involves working closely with perfumers, R&D, and marketing teams to assess and develop high-performing fragrance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess fragrances for various product applications based on olfactory performance, customer brief, and market relevance.
• Work collaboratively with perfumers and the development team to refine fragrance submissions.
• Utilize GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) for fragrance analysis, matching, and improvement.
• Assist in the formulation of new fragrances and the modification of existing ones based on evaluation results.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, trials, and testing outcomes.
• Stay up to date with market trends, raw material innovations, and industry regulations.
• Present fragrance evaluations and insights to internal stakeholders and customers as required.
• Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance across all fragrance developments.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in fragrance evaluation and development within the perfumery, Pharma or Fragrance Industry.

Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge of fragrance formulation, olfactory evaluation techniques, and GC-MS analysis.
• Proficiency in using systems and digital tools relevant to fragrance evaluation and documentation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
