Junior Web Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer + Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about design, websites, and front-end development. You'll be working on a variety of digital design projects while learning and growing your technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and UI components.
• Create high-quality graphics, banners, brochures, and digital assets for web and social media.
• Convert design mockups into responsive web pages using HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to execute design concepts.
• Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency and responsive design across all platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end techniques.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• Familiarity with other tools such as Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal) that demonstrates design skills and creativity.
• Understanding of responsive design and web layout principles.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with a team.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
