Junior Visual Designer

Working closely with a diverse team spanning marketing, product, and content, you will contribute to rapid, iterative design projects at a rapidly growing startup. Responsibilities include designing top-notch interfaces and visual elements using Figma, aiding in brand establishment through style guides, landing pages, and design systems, crafting micro-interactions and animations to enrich user experience, assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing websites, and collaborating with teams to swiftly refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Figma for UI design and file management, a strong grasp of visual design basics encompassing typography, color theory, layout, and spacing, an interest in branding and the development of coherent visual identities, familiarity with tools like Framer, After Effects, Lottie, or similar applications for motion design, and experience in creating micro-interactions or animated transitions. Additionally, a portfolio showcasing visual clarity, consistency, and innovative thinking is required.
