The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Figma for UI design and file management, a strong grasp of visual design basics encompassing typography, color theory, layout, and spacing, an interest in branding and the development of coherent visual identities, familiarity with tools like Framer, After Effects, Lottie, or similar applications for motion design, and experience in creating micro-interactions or animated transitions.
