About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Edit & Assemble: Craft dynamic edits across formats from social reels to brand videos 2. Motion Graphics: Animate type, transitions, lower-thirds, and 2D/3D elements using After Effects 3. Design-Led Thinking: Collaborate with design teams to maintain visual and brand consistency 4. CGI & 3D Motion: Use tools like Blender for 3D product/environment visualizations and scroll-stopping reels 5. Surprise Through Craft: Experiment with new editing styles, transitions, and storytelling formats 6. Moodboarding: Build film treatments, LUTs, and visual styles for real estate and brand storytelling 7. Platform-First Creativity: Edit for multiple platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) with sharp intros and platform-native flows 8. Sound & Music: Sync music, SFX, and VO to enhance emotional impact 9. Agile & Aesthetic: Deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines with creative sensitivity 10.
