Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Editing
  • Edit raw footage into short‑form videos (30s–3min) for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, our Website, and Twitter.
  • Edit raw footage into long‑form Audio-video podcast/ interviews (25-30 min) for platforms like YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify, and for our website.
  • Integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, key in frames, and sound design elements
  • Optimize formats, codecs, and resolutions for web and mobile performance.
  • Sensitive Colour Grading targeted for Apple and Samsung Displays.
  • Collaboration & Workflow
  • Idea Creation: Partner with content strategists and marketers to develop visual and audio concepts
  • Brand Kit Maintenance: Maintain an organized asset library, version control, and project documentation
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring quality and consistent brand compliance
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on design, video, and podcasting trends, tools, and best practices
  • Recommend new formats, styles, or technologies to elevate content impact and efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Video views, watch‑time, and completion rates across platforms, Downloads.
  • Timeliness and volume of deliverables against the content calendar.
  • Asset quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Cross‑team satisfaction scores and workflow efficiency improvements.
