Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor with 12 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Experience or interest in AI-based creative tools is a strong plus.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about video editing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and animators to bring concepts to life.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Adapt and optimize content for multiple formats (social media, web, presentations, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining consistency in visual storytelling and brand identity across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and AI-based workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience as a video editor (agency, production house, or freelance background preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Good sense of Colour Grading.
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative/editing tools (e.g., AI-assisted motion graphics, Upscaling, Rotoscoping) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Illustrator, Audition, or other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Knowledge of 3D animation or motion design basics.
• Understanding of social media content trends and formats.
