As a key member of Bizongo, you will play a crucial role in driving scalable growth through our AI-powered transaction-first vendor digitization and embedded financing platform. Our ecosystem encompasses over 450 brands/enterprises, 7500+ businesses in our vendor network, and partnerships with 30+ financial institutions. By leveraging our platform, businesses in India's core industries can benefit from streamlined operations and growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will span various areas within Bizongo, including but not limited to: - Holding the vision for Bizongo Buy across the organization, enhancing collaboration, and focusing on medium-term goals - Managing the OKR program for Buy & Ship, collaborating with category, finance, and supply chain teams to develop scalable categories for B2B e-commerce - Leading the growth and central charter for Bizongo Buy, operating a revenue & growth function that fosters collaboration across all business units - Developing the playbook for the business, understanding customer needs, engaging SMEs and MSMEs, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand Buy on the Bizongo Buy platform - Partnering with BizongoFin BU to facilitate supply chain financing for Bizongo Buy customers - Enhancing collaboration, feedback mechanisms, and execution excellence across the organization to uphold the vision of Bizongo Buy To excel in this role, you should possess: - An MBA from a reputable institution, preferably Tier 1 - 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving orientation - Background in Digital B2C or B2B organizations, particularly with exposure to Product/tech-led firms - Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative mindset - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and high-growth environment, contributing to the success of Bizongo's Buy business Joining Bizongo will not only offer you a challenging and rewarding career but also provide you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of businesses across India's key industries.,
