Junior UI/UX Designer

You should have 1-2 years of experience in core UI/UX, with a background in an agency being a must. Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with various departments such as Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers. You should be able to create user-centered designs by analyzing competitors, data, and technical constraints to generate user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes efficiently. Staying updated on competitor products, features, and industry trends is essential to incorporate them into the design process. Conducting UI/UX audits and tests to enhance existing designs and optimize user experience regularly will be part of your role. Collaborating closely with developers to ensure comprehensive design implementation and creating seamless design systems are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics, and SEO. Effective communication and time management skills, along with keen attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a problem-solving attitude are crucial. Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research is required. You will be expected to master tools such as Figma and Adobe XD as primary tools, and have familiarity with secondary tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,
