Junior UI/UX Designer

Duration: 5 days per week
Responsibilities:- Taking the lead to design and optimization of landing pages to elevate user experience and maximize conversions.- Leverage your expertise in tools like Figma, WordPress and System.io to bring designs to life seamlessly.- Infuse interactive elements and finesse into our digital assets using JavaScript and CSS.- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as bounce rate, dead clicks, scroll rate, and load speed.- Conduct in-depth analysis and A/B testing to refine designs and enhance conversion rates.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, Media buyers, and strategists to align design strategies with business goals.- Have a nose and have best practices in UI/UX design and conversion rate optimization.Requirements:- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused designs.- Expertise in tools like WordPress and System.io to bring designs to fruition seamlessly.- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS to enhance user experience with interactive elements.- Familiarity with key terms and concepts in conversion rate optimization (CRO) such as bounce rate, dead clicks, scroll rate, and load speed optimization.- Proven track record of optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Passion for pushing the boundaries of design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
