As a Junior Travel & Tourism Executive at Sai Voyages (India), you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting our clients in creating unforgettable travel experiences. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as your expertise in travel itinerary making and MS-Office skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Develop detailed travel itineraries tailored to the preferences and requirements of each client.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide personalized travel recommendations and updates.
• Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to secure the best deals and accommodations for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records in MS-Office applications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the travel booking process.
