Job Description

Junior Travel Consultant – Outbound Tours

Handle Tour enquiries for international tour packages via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Sell customized and fixed-departure outbound tour packages.
Design itineraries, prepare package costing and share quotations with clients.
Coordinate hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers and land arrangements with overseas suppliers/DMCs.
Manage visa documentation, travel insurance and pre-departure formalities.
Share itineraries, vouchers and travel guidelines with clients.
Track bookings, payments and deadlines accurately.
Handle client changes, follow-ups and tour-related queries.
Maintain booking records, supplier communication and customer data.
Collect post-travel feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
