The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services. The role will be based in Gurugram with the flexibility of some work from home. Qualifications Experience in Booking Flights, Hotels, Packages with DMCs Experience in at least 2 of the International locations - Dubai, Europe, Singapore, Australia Experience in B2C Client Dealing Travel Arrangements and Reservations expertise Customer Service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficiency in travel booking platforms and Microsoft Office Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
