Junior Accountant and Admin

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Junior Accountant & Admin to support our travel operations in both inbound and outbound tour packages. The candidate will work closely with our accounts team and management to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities.
• Maintain basic financial records related to inbound and outbound travel packages.
• Prepare and share invoices, payment details, and supporting documents with the accounts team.
• Track customer payments, supplier bills, and outstanding balances.
• Collect tax invoices from hotels and update company GST details with suppliers.
• Assist in expense tracking, cost sheets, and MIS reporting.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and other staff-related admin reports.
• Report attendance, office discipline, and admin updates to management.
• Handle office administration, filing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
• Support management with general operational reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
