Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Therapist to assist in delivering professional skin, body, and wellness treatments. You will support senior therapists, ensure client comfort, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic facial treatments, clean-ups, and skin consultations under supervision.
• Assist senior therapists with advanced procedures and therapies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area.
• Educate clients about post-treatment care and home skincare routines.
• Ensure all equipment is sterilized and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
• Build rapport with clients to promote repeat visits and client retention.
• Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.
• Support the front desk during peak hours if needed (e.g., appointment booking or welcoming clients).

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong training are welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatments and technologies.
• Pleasant personality with a client-first attitude.
• Basic understanding of skincare products and ingredients is a plus.

Salary : 10,000 to 20,000
