Technician Roles & Responsibilities

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, repair, and maintain elevators and related systems.
Interpret and review
blueprints and specifications
to determine work requirements.
Conduct
testing and inspection
of newly installed equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
Perform
mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
as required.
Handle
electrical wiring
and possess a solid understanding of electronics.
Maintain
logbooks and service records
for all work completed.
Ensure
safety regulations and building codes
are strictly followed.
Demonstrate strong
verbal and written communication skills
(English, Hindi, and other regional languages preferred).
Be
self-motivated, disciplined, and professional
