Role Overview Junior Technical Trainers:

• This is an exciting opportunity forfresh B.Tech graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs)who are passionate aboutteaching, mentoring, and coding.

• You will start your career as part of ourtechnical training team, helping learners strengthen their coding skills, while pursuing asponsored M.Tech degreeunder ourWork-Integrated Learning Program (WILP).

• The role isremote-friendly but requires frequent travel PAN-Indiafor training deployments at client locations an opportunity to gain exposure across industries and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior trainers indelivering live technical sessionsand managing coding labs.
• Providereal-time mentorship and technical supportto learners.
• Evaluate assignments, conduct code reviews, and provideconstructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot/debug coding issues and help learners strengthen concepts.
• Create learning aids such ascheat sheets, FAQs, and guides.
• Engage with learners to ensure highparticipation and outcomes.
• Travel across Indiafor training deployments.

Who Can Apply:

• B.Tech / B.E. graduates (CS, IT, ECE, or related streams) 2024/2025 batch.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Passionate aboutteaching, mentoring, and learner success.
• Open to a3-year commitmentunder the WILP program.

Compensation:

• 3.5 LPAduring the first two years.
• 6.0 LPAfrom the third year onwards, based on successful WILP completion & performance.
