Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction in IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) and general English communication skills.
Design and implement curriculum and assessments aligned with IELTS and academic standards.
Conduct regular mock tests and provide individual feedback for score improvement.
Facilitate academic writing, business communication, and verbal fluency sessions.
Organize workshops, debates, speaking labs, and presentations to enhance learner confidence.
Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies based on learner needs.
Collaborate with the placement and soft skills teams to ensure student job readiness.
Support digital content development, blended learning, and e-learning modules.
Participate in curriculum development, faculty workshops, and university academic events
