Junior Technical Associate (Fresher)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Junior Technical Associate to join our dynamic team in our UAE back office located at Kozhikode. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience. The candidate must be fluent in technical communication and possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage reports, presentations, and data summaries. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts. Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports. Preferred Traits: Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Good team player with interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies. Education: MBA or Engineering Degree.
