About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates 2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit 3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress 4. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding 5. Develop and administer technical assessments to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant technologies 6. Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activities 7.
