About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Act as a bridge between the CEO and various internal/external teams (product, marketing, design, tech support) 2. Monitor app KPIs: downloads, activation rates, engagement, and user feedback 3. Support the CEO in ensuring the app roadmap milestones are met on time 4. Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure a seamless user experience 5. Prepare product performance reports, presentations, and investor decks as needed 6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies to provide actionable insights 7. Coordinate launch events, feature rollouts, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives 8. Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers for the CEO 9. Understanding of the app product lifecycle – ideation, launch, growth, and optimization 3. Strong project management and multitasking skills 4. Analytical mindset; comfortable with data and KPIs 5. Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, App Store Connect, and Play Console is a plus 6. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills 7. Highly reliable, self-motivated, and aligned with startup work culture 8.
